What Is Coaching?
First and Foremost it is Life Changing !
As your coach it is my goal to take you step-by-step from where you are now to where you want to be.
We will work in a coaching partner. You will be pushed along the way and encouraged to face some fears and get out of your comfort zone. This is where the magic and the growth happens.
You will be encouraged to face your Fears, because on the other side is the beautiful life you deserve.
Together we will create a plan so that we know where we are going.
Then we will start building on your skills and abilities as we start to uncover what is holding you back and start breaking down those barriers and propel you to a new level.
Finally we work on giving you tools so you can achieve your goals now and also equip you for life's challenges in the future.
Coaching takes commitment from you and me. My goal is that you gain the momentum, tools and experience you not need so that you can do this for yourself ongoing.

How Does It Work?
We work together as a coaching partnership
We work for an agreed period of time.
Your journey is your journey therefore it is completely bespoke for you.
We make changes and re-asses as we go along to make sure you are happy and getting the best from me.
1-2-1 coaching sessions are online and we have one every 10 days (flexible around life)
What you do in between our sessions is equally as important as what we do in our sessions.
You will have access to me during the whole period we work together.
Extra reading, books (audile if you prefer), video and podcasts specific to your journey will be suggested as and where necessary.
You may go through periods where you Love me and others where you really dislike me, because I am asking you to face your Fears. Don't worry this is normal and I'm getting accustomed to it :).

What is the Free 30 Minute Call for ?
This is all about me getting to know you and you get to know me. I will explain what coaching is, what it isn't and how it works. We will also do some coaching and start to look at where you are now, where you want to be and what may be some of the blocks and limiting beliefs you might have holding you back. From there we can work out if coaching is for you. If you choose to we will move forward and get you the right plan to take your life to the next level, and on the track to where you want to be and the life you dream of.
My goal with these calls is to open you up to what is truly possible and to the potential you have inside you. I also hope that if you feel you are not ready right now for coaching you may come back to me at some point in the future.
There is no hard sell here.
How Much Will It Cost To Change My Life ?
During our initial Free 30 Minute Consultation we will work out if coaching is for you.
From there we will work out which package is best suited to you and your needs.
My ultimate goal is to make sure that someone who is really committed to making changes can access the program that is right for them.
The basic options are 3, 6 or 9 Coaching sessions and of course I am flexible to tailor to your needs.
